Our Document Management Division is looking for a new associate to join the team. We are looking for someone who has high attention to detail, and a full capacity to monitor and manage work flow queues. This includes being responsible for the handling and processing of important cherished and legal documentation, as well as being able to identify any missed documentation where reprocessing is required.
This role is a night shift, working Tuesday to Saturday, from 3am to 11am during the week, and 7am to 3pm on Saturday.

The role is designed to provide a multitude of functions within DMD Funds and Wealth across various inbound and outbound processes and there is a requirement to be flexible as they could be asked to move within the teams as business needs require.
We provide a comprehensive training course, which can last up to 12 weeks, and is a mix of classroom-based and on the phone training. This will provide you with all the support & learning you need to be able to excel in this role.
